The BVLGARI Ocean Mansions are a group of eight ultra-exclusive luxury villas created by the Italian architectural team Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel that gently wraps the northern shore of Jumeirah Bay Island above the Arabian Gulf’s beautiful waves. The five-bedroom homes hang above the island’s seaward edge and have a magnificent garden space at the entry, representing the BVLGARI architectural history and flair.

Elegant architectural details show the project’s connection with the surrounding seascape, while the structure looks suspended between the ocean and the sky, emphasising the dramatic transition from land to sea. The BVLGARI Ocean Mansions strike the ideal blend between openness and solitude.

BVLGARI Ocean Mansions: Interior and Exterior

A grand yet subtle entrance leads to full-height windows overlooking the sea, enabling sunlight to penetrate the home. High-quality materials and attention to detail optimise natural light use, making the space more comfortable and elegant. The function, living, and dining rooms face open water providing an interior space mixes seamlessly with the wooden balcony that wraps around the bottom floor, emphasising the connection between the internal and exterior areas.

An infinity pool on the balcony’s edge, adorned with Italian mosaics, creates the illusion of continuity with the sea. A stunning display kitchen opposite the glass-enclosed living space combines a wet kitchen and is effortlessly accessible. The finely made metal stair leading to the first floor is the house’s most prominent feature.
